The Quiet Foundation: Bryan’s Family and Early Life
Bryan Tarosa was born and raised in the quiet city of Naga, Cebu. As the eldest of three, he naturally stepped into the role of a dependable son and older brother: responsible, gentle, and fiercely determined. From a young age, Bryan understood the value of persistence. He would travel long distances to attend classes at the state college, not letting the daily challenges of commuting or modest means get in the way of his goals.
Bryan is a licensed teacher by profession, and his passion for learning extended far beyond the classroom. He worked in the BPO industry for several years as a regular employee, gaining hands-on experience in operations and team management before later helping build a company of his own. Even then, he never stopped being a teacher—offering guidance, structure, and support in every environment he stepped into.
Beyond work, Bryan found purpose in music. He was a proud member of his college chorale and would later go on to co-found a choir organization with Michael. For him, music was more than a talent—it was a way to stay rooted in community and uplift others through shared expression.
Built with Grit and Grace: Bryan’s Business Journey
Bryan’s creativity runs deep. It’s visible in his love for music, and equally present in how he approaches work and problem-solving. As a teacher, he was known for designing imaginative, hands-on classroom activities that left lasting impressions on his students. When he transitioned to the BPO industry, that same inventiveness helped him navigate the fast-paced world of operations and client relations, gaining skills that would eventually lead him into entrepreneurship.
While working alongside Michael to grow Innocentrix Philippines, where he serves as Vice President for Operations, Bryan also explored his own ventures. With a growing interest in food and Filipino hospitality, he studied culinary arts and opened Misters Seafood and Grill, a creative take on local and Asian buffet dining. Though the restaurant only ran for a little over a year, it reflected Bryan’s ability to bring thoughtful concepts to life and create welcoming experiences for the community.
Undeterred by the challenges of the restaurant business, Bryan pivoted—this time with a strategic eye. He opened Mister Fry Express, a chain of small food stalls placed near local schools, offering affordable and familiar meals to students and staff. Today, the brand has two branches, and continues to reflect Bryan’s belief that good business is about serving real needs, grounded in everyday life.
Whether behind the desk or behind a food stall counter, Bryan brings the same quiet determination to everything he builds—always rooted in care, consistency, and community.
